AI Analysis & Data Processing
How Our AI Works
When you upload a chart for analysis, here's exactly what happens:
- Secure Upload: Your chart image is encrypted and uploaded to our secure cloud infrastructure via HTTPS
- Pre-processing: The image is analyzed for quality, resolution, and chart type (candlestick, line, etc.)
- AI Analysis: The chart is processed through multiple AI models:
- Pattern recognition model (identifies trends, channels, head & shoulders, etc.)
- Support/resistance detection model
- Volume analysis model
- Google Generative AI for contextual insights and natural language explanations
- Results Generation: Insights are compiled and presented in an easy-to-understand format
- Data Retention: The chart is stored temporarily (90 days) unless saved to your account
Third-Party AI Services
We use Google's Generative AI (Gemini) to power parts of our analysis engine. When using this service:
- Chart images and related data are sent to Google's secure AI processing infrastructure
- Google processes this data according to their Privacy Policy
- No personal identifying information is included in AI analysis requests
- Google does not use your data to train their general AI models without separate consent
